ADINOX A730 is a high-performance, no-mix, two-step acrylic-based structural bonder specifically designed for metal-to-metal bonding as well as joining dissimilar materials such as composites, and plastics.

The ADINOX A730 is an ideal choice for tool handles, home appliances, sporting goods, and decorative trims. This adhesive delivers strong mechanical performance, excellent impact resistance, and reliable adhesion in demanding industrial environments.

Its medium viscosity makes it suitable for vertical or overhead applications, withstanding service temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). To activate bonding and cure properly, it requires the use of ADINOX A787 initiator.

About ADINOX A730

We design custom solutions.

The A730 is offered in various configurations, making it suitable for use in manual, semi-automatic, and robotic production environments.

The initiator can be applied by direct impregnation with a brush or spray.

It is important to note that a greater amount of adhesive necessitates a corresponding increase in initiator. The amount of initiator used is directly proportional to the desired curing time.

It only takes

three steps.

1. Apply the adhesive to one side.

2. Apply the initiator to the other side.

3. Finally, assemble the components.

Ideal for magnets and ferrites, tool handles, household appliances, sporting goods and decorative ornaments.

  • Ferrites and magnets
  • Metals : stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum.
  • Glass and crystals
  • Plastics : Acrylics, ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, PPO, vinyl, PVC, styrene, RIM, PBT.
