About ADINOX A730 No-Mix Structural Adhesive
ADINOX® A730 is a No-Mix structural adhesive — a two-component, cure-on-demand acrylic adhesive that is chemically initiated with the ADINOX® A787 activator, eliminating the need to mix components. The adhesive is applied to one surface and the activator to the other, which simplifies handling on the production line.
A730 delivers strong mechanical performance, excellent impact resistance and reliable adhesion in demanding industrial environments. It bonds ferrites, metals, glass, ceramics, wood and a wide range of plastics, making it a versatile choice for tool handles, home appliances, sports equipment and decorative trims.
Its medium viscosity (60,000 – 70,000 cP) makes it well suited to vertical and overhead applications. The ADINOX® A787 activator is required to initiate bonding and ensure proper curing.

How to Use ADINOX A730?
Surface Preparation
- Wear gloves and protective eyewear - work in a well-ventilated area
- Surfaces must be free of dust, grease, oil and moisture, as any contaminant affects performance
- If needed, clean mechanically or chemically according to the substrate, then dry completely
Apply Activator and Adhesive (No-Mix)
- Apply the ADINOX® A787 activator evenly to one of the surfaces, covering the bonding area without exceeding the recommended amount
- On the opposite surface, apply the A730 adhesive in a continuous, uniform bead
- No mixing is required — the two components react on contact
Bond and Cure
- Join the surfaces immediately within the 5 min open time, ensuring contact between adhesive and activated surface
- After the 30 - 60 min working time (~70% cure), do not move the parts
- Leave the parts to rest completely until fully cured

Frequently Asked Questions
What is ADINOX A730?
ADINOX A730 is a No-Mix structural adhesive: a two-component, cure-on-demand acrylic adhesive that is chemically initiated with the ADINOX A787 activator, bonding ferrites, metals, glass, ceramics, wood and plastics.
Does A730 need to be mixed?
No. A730 uses a No-Mix method: the adhesive is applied to one surface and the ADINOX A787 activator to the other. The two react on contact when the parts are joined, so there is no mixing or metering.
Is the ADINOX A787 activator required?
Yes. The ADINOX A787 activator is mandatory — A730 will not cure without it. The activator is sold separately in 10 ml and 50 ml.
How fast does A730 set?
A730 has a 5 minute open time and a 30 - 60 minute working time. Join the parts within the open time and leave them undisturbed once the working time is reached.Which substrates does A730 bond?
A730 bonds ferrites, metals, glass, ceramics, wood and a wide range of plastics. For a specific substrate not listed here, check compatibility with our distributor network before production.
What is the service temperature range?
Cured A730 performs from -58 to 248 °F (-50 to 120 °C).
What viscosity does A730 have?
A730 has a medium viscosity of 60,000 - 70,000 cP, which makes it suitable for vertical and overhead applications, with a gap fill capacity of 0.05 - 1.0 mm.
