About C50

C50 is a next-generation methoxyethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive engineered to deliver superior performance in demanding industrial applications. Unlike traditional cyanoacrylates, C50 offers low odor and no blooming, ensuring a cleaner, more efficient bonding process without compromising aesthetics.

C50’s medium viscosity allows for precise application and excellent gap filling, making it ideal for high-precision assemblies. It provides fast, strong and reliable bonds to metals, elastomers and plastics.

Ideal for environments where VOC control is essential, ensuring compliance with strict air quality regulation.

How to use ADINOX C50?

1. SURFACE PREPARATION

Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.

Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are dry, degreased and free from any particles that could interfere with adhesion.

2. APPLICATION AND ASSEMBLY

Apply a small, controlled amount of ADINOX cyanoacrylate adhesive to one of the surfaces. Remember that using more adhesive does not result in greater strength, and excess adhesive can result in a brittle bond.

Join the parts immediately.

Press firmly for a few seconds, keeping the parts aligned.

Avoid moving them until the adhesive has completely cured.

For more precise applications or those that are difficult to reach, use ADINOX applicator tips.

3. CLOSING AND STORING THE PRODUCT

Finally, clean the container and close the cap properly to keep the product in optimal condition for its next use.
