About ADINOX M410 Fast Cure Methacrylate Adhesive 10:1
ADINOX® M410 is a fast cure methacrylate adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio — a two-component, toughened, low odor structural adhesive formulated for reliable bonding of metals, thermosets and thermoplastics across industrial and automotive applications.
Its balanced combination of high impact resistance, cohesive toughness and exceptional adhesion delivers joints that withstand dynamic loading, vibration and thermal cycling. The thixotropic, white-pigmented formulation of this low odor methacrylate adhesive fills gaps up to 0.47 in without sagging and develops handling strength within minutes at room temperature — enabling efficient assembly without extensive surface preparation.

How to Use ADINOX M410?
Surface Preparation
- Wear gloves and protective eyewear - work in a well-ventilated area
- Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, grease and oil
- Degrease with ADINOX® DS 400 - clean mechanically or chemically if needed, then dry completely
Prepare the Adhesive
- Purge a small amount of each component without the mixing nozzle
- Attach the 10:1 mixing nozzle securely and insert the cartridge into the application gun
- Purge again with the nozzle installed, then apply a continuous, uniform bead without stopping
Bond and Cure
- Join parts within the 2 - 4 min open time - apply constant, uniform pressure
- After the 6 - 8 min working time (~70% cure), do not move the parts
- Full cure in 24 h at 77°F - remove the nozzle and clean the cartridge outlet horizontally

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the ADINOX M410 low odor methacrylate adhesive?
ADINOX M410 is a low odor methacrylate adhesive: a two-component, toughened structural adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio, formulated to bond metals, plastics and composites with high impact and dynamic load resistance.
What is the mix ratio of M410?
M410 uses a 10:1 mix ratio by volume (8.8:1 by weight), dispensed through a static mixing nozzle from a dual cartridge, with a fast 2-4 minute open time and 6-8 minute working time.
Is M410 suitable for enclosed and electronic assemblies?
Yes. This low odor methacrylate adhesive is non-flame propagating and has a low shrinkage formulation, making it well suited to electronic enclosures, server assemblies and precision work in enclosed spaces.
What gap can M410 fill?
As a high gap fill structural adhesive, M410 fills gaps up to 0.47 in without sagging — ideal for irregular joints and oversized bond lines.
What color is M410?
M410 is a white methacrylate adhesive, with a white-pigmented mixed and cured color for a clean finish on light-colored substrates.
How tough and flexible is M410?
M410 offers high toughness with elongation of 62-78% (ASTM D 638) and impact resistance above 22 ft·lb/in (ASTM D 256), absorbing vibration and dynamic loads.
Which substrates does M410 bond?
It bonds stainless steel, aluminum (Series 1000-6000 and anodized), carbon steel, ABS, nylon, PBT, PMMA, PET, polycarbonate, fiberglass (FRP) and Kevlar. It is not suitable for PE/PP, PTFE, silicone, aluminum 7000, galvanized steel, copper, bronze or brass.
What is the service temperature range?
This low odor methacrylate adhesive performs from -40 to 250°F when cured.
How does M410 compare to other 10:1 methacrylate adhesives?
M410 is a rapid strength MMA adhesive that combines a fast 2-4 min open time with low odor, low shrinkage and high gap fill, offering a direct alternative for 10:1 toughened structural bonding programs. It retains over 2,300 PSI after 30-day immersion in fuels, solvents and aqueous media.
