About M480
ADINOX M480 is a two-component, 100% reactive, toughened structural methacrylate adhesive specifically formulated for bonding wide variety of metals, thermoplastics, thermosets, and composite assemblies. M480 offers impact and aging resistance, is flexible, withstands temperature fluctuations, and has high tolerance to a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions.
With a mixing ratio of 10:1, ADINOX M480 reaches handling strength in 15 to 18 minutes and 90% of its full strength in 30 minutes at room temperature.

How to use ADINOX M480?
1. Clean the surface
Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol.
2. Apply ADINOX
Apply the adhesive in a zigzag pattern on the surface.
3. Bond
Join the 2 substrates and hold them together until they cure.
